1) Aluminium Water Bottles

Can I put my aluminium water bottle in the dishwasher?

We recommend hand washing only. Dishwasher use may damage.

Can I put my aluminium water bottle in the microwave?

Our water bottles are made from aluminium and are NOT suitable for microwave use.

Further advice:

- Do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean.

2) Stainless Steel Travel Mugs

Can I put my travel mug in the dishwasher?

We recommend to hand wash only as the dishwasher may damage your product.

Can I put my travel mug in the microwave?

Our travel mugs are made from aluminium and are NOT suitable for microwave use.

Further advice:

- Wash all parts in warm soapy water before using. Do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean. Hand wash only. Dishwasher may damage.

- Do not overfill as hot liquids can scald the user.

- Keep out of reach of children.

3) Ceramic Mugs (inc. Coffee/Latte Cups)

Are your ceramic mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe, unless stated otherwise. They are dishwasher resistant up to 800 wash cycles at 45°C.

Are your ceramic mugs microwave safe?

Yes, our mugs are microwave safe but we do advise you to avoid this to prolong the life of your product.

Further advice:

- Do not overfill as hot liquids can scald the user.

- When filled with hot liquids, keep out of reach of children.

- Do not use an abrasive sponge to clean.
