Please take the time to read through our product care instructions. This will help to prolong the life of your purchases and gifts.
We use a dye sublimation process for most of our items. This process presses the design permanently into the item; therefore it will not wash, scratch or fade away.
Ceramic Mugs (inc. Coffee/Latte Cups)
- Dishwasher and microwave safe.
- Do not overfill as hot liquids can scald the user.
- When filled with hot liquids, keep out of reach of children.
Cushion Covers
- Made from 100% polyester.
- You can machine wash and iron if required.
Aluminium Water Bottles
- Dishwasher safe. We recommend hand wash only, as dishwasher use may damage.
- Not suitable for microwave use.
- Do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean.
Stainless Steel Travel Mugs
- Wash all parts in warm soapy water before using. Do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean. Hand wash only. Dishwasher may damage.

Face Mask Coverings
- These are NOT sold as PPE.
- Do not bleach. No fabric softeners.
- Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Hang to dry.
High Gloss Wooden Coasters & Placemats
- We recommend wiping using a cloth.
Ceramic Decorations (inc. Baubles and Ceramic Disks)
- When not in use, we recommend protecting your decoration in bubblewrap.
- When not in use, we recommend storing the item in a cool, dark place.
Tote Bags
- Made from 100% polyester.
- You can machine wash and iron if required.
Stainless Steel Jewellery (inc. Cufflinks, Earrings, Necklaces and Bracelets)
- Made from zinc alloy.
- We recommend not wearing items of jewellery when washing to prolong life.
- Do not use bleach on these items.
A4/A5 Aluminium Sheet (inc. Aluminium Wall Clocks)
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
- These products can be fixed to any surface with double sided tape or other fixings as suitable.
- Please be advised that during the supply and cutting phases, some surface scratching may appear on the silver side of the metal.
