We're only human and we know that mistakes can happen!
Where possible, we will try and help you out, however, we may not always be able to help if your order has already been started based on your original order.
Please contact us as soon as possible to see if you item is already in production. If it is, I'm afraid there may not be anything we can do and another order will have to be made with the correct information.
